1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing training information or submitting enquiries through this site, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site. Tech SysCode may update these terms; the last updated date at the top reflects the newest version.
2. Services Described
Tech SysCode provides operations-centered training, mentoring, and related educational materials. Descriptions on this site are informational. Enrollment, schedules, and delivery formats are confirmed separately in writing or email where applicable.
3. Accounts and Communications
When you contact us, you agree to provide accurate details. You are responsible for safeguarding access to any accounts or links we issue for classroom systems. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual Property
Curriculum materials, labs, trademarks, and site content remain the property of Tech SysCode or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning during an active enrollment unless a broader license is signed in writing.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse classroom infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other learners, or use the site to distribute malware. We may suspend access if misuse is detected and will document good-faith efforts to notify you when practical.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Tech SysCode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or training participation. Direct damages are limited to the fees paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, except where prohibited by law.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may provide you additional rights.
8. Termination and Changes
We may modify or discontinue site features to maintain security or quality. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law—will survive.
