Operational FAQ
Answers we rehearse aloud
Grouped so you can skim the section that matches your procurement stage.
Logistics
Do you run classes only in Korean?
Instruction is in English with Korean-language mentor support during exercises. Email the desk if your pod needs a fully bilingual facilitator.
What is the realistic weekly time commitment?
Blended courses average six to nine hours weekly including prep reading. Weekend intensives compress that into two long days with breaks.
Can we host a private cohort inside our office?
Yes, when rack space and insurance requirements align. Travel costs stay outside our tuition quote.
Labs and safety
Are labs destructive?
Fault injection happens only on disposable VMs or sleds we own. We rehearse read-only checks before any destructive command.
What if my employer blocks outbound SSH?
We provide a browser-based emergency console for class hours only. Long-term access patterns are your IT policy to solve.
Limitation disclosure
We do not teach kernel exploitation or offensive security. If a ticket crosses into that territory, we pause and point you to specialized partners.
Outcomes
Do you promise job placement?
No. We document skills and provide reference letters only when mentors observed your work directly.
How are refunds handled?
See the Money-Back Policy for cooling-off windows and non-refundable items like shipped kits.
Can we get materials translated?
Core labs stay English-first for consistency. Mentor notes during office hours can clarify Korean terminology when needed.
Accessibility
Are classrooms wheelchair accessible?
Our Gyeongju studio meets local accessibility requirements; pop-up cities vary—ask the desk before booking travel.
