Data is used to respond to enquiries, schedule programs, deliver training, secure our infrastructure, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations under Korean law where applicable.

Processing is based on consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies), contractual necessity when preparing or delivering paid offerings, legitimate interests in securing our services, and legal obligations where records must be retained.

Enquiry records are retained long enough to complete follow-up and satisfy operational record-keeping. Logs rotate on a schedule appropriate to security investigations. Classroom artifacts are removed according to cohort policies communicated at onboarding.
