Money-Back Policy
1. Scope
This Money-Back Policy applies to paid training offerings sold directly by Tech SysCode where a fee is listed on this site or in a written quotation. Third-party resellers may have separate policies.
2. Cooling-off Period
Where Korean consumer law grants a cooling-off right for distance contracts, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, unless services have begun with your express consent and you acknowledged loss of the right once delivery started.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted for cancellations before materials access or cohort start dates specified in your confirmation email, or if we cancel a cohort. Partial refunds may apply when a substitute offering of equal value is offered and accepted.
4. Non-refundable Items
Non-refundable items may include third-party exam vouchers already issued, shipping of physical kits already dispatched, or bespoke consulting blocks delivered in full. Any exclusions will be listed in your order confirmation.
5. Process
Email hello@tech-syscode.one with your full name, order reference, cohort name, and reason for the request. We respond within seven business days with a decision and any documentation we require.
6. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days using the original payment method where technically possible. Bank processing times may vary.
7. Consumer Rights and Contact
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Republic of Korea. For disputes, you may contact consumer protection bodies available in your jurisdiction.
